Den
12-åriga flickan från ursprungsbefolkningen Embera som våldtogs av nio
colombianska militärer under en natt berättar:
”När
en var färdig fortsatte nästa (militär)”!
Flickan var på väg till floden för att hämta
vatten till sin mamma när hon överraskades av en militär i samhället Pueblo
Rico i länet Risaralda. Mannen började förgripa sig på flickan och snart kom
ytterligare åtta militärer som alla våldtog barnet.
Därefter tvingade de henne att övernatta vid
deras läger och i gryningen lämnade hon platsen och gick hem.
Denna berättelse är på intet sätt unik utan
har utspelats över hela de colombianska territoriet.
ÄVEN
USA-MILITÄRER har anklagats och pekats ut
för vidriga sexuella övergrepp som till och med videoinspelades och därefter
såldes i den lilla staden Melgar, där alla i princip känner varandra. Flickorna
hade lockats med att få resa till USA och inleda ett liv, men det här är kanske
”The American Way of Life” i dessa
militärers ögon.
Ingen av de utpekade USA-militärerna, som var
militära rådgivare (SIC!) på den colombianska arméns skola för Specialtrupper i
Tolemaida, granne med staden Melgar dömdes i Colombia utan skickades hem till
USA. I Colombia har USA-soldaterna ”immunitet” och kan inte dömas enligt colombiansk
lag och författning, en försäkran staten USA gör varje gång de placerar trupper
i utlandet.

“When one
finished, the other followed”, this is the story of the embera girl raped by
soldiers
The
testimony of the 12-year-old Embera girl was read before the Attorney General's
Office by the doctor who evaluated her.
Campo
Elías Ochoa, began his intervention by saying that when assessing the minor,
she had normal warning signs and that she also did not present changes in her
mood or memory.
The girl assured that in the morning she
had gone to collect guavas at the La
Granja school, in the Santa Cecilia district, in Pueblo Rico (Risaralda) . "I was going to the house but a soldier called
me down, his name was Juan, I went to where he was and he started touching me,
I told him I didn't want to and he started doing things to me . "
“After a while, the minor continued, the
other soldiers arrived, there were nine people, they all had a soldier's
uniform, I could only see the faces of three of them, as it was dark, I
couldn't see very well. When one finished, the other followed. All
nine did. "
The doctor also pointed out that the
first uniformed man released her when she let him know that her legs hurt, but
that the other soldiers continued.
"When they finished, they told me
not to go home and they made me a tent so that I could lie down to sleep," said the minor who later said that
she woke up around 5 in the morning on Monday and that a soldier accompanied
her until the House.

sister and my niece saw me and they asked me what I was doing, and I told them

As
is known, the decision of the family was to take the girl to where the
uniformed men were, there, the minor said that she could only " identify three of them because she had not seen
their faces ".

doctor's story was the last one heard by the control body in the middle of the
disciplinary trial that is ahead of the soldiers Juan Camilo
Morales Poveda , Yair Stiven González , Luis Pérez

Eduardo Alzate , Deyson Andrés Isaza Zapata and Luis
Fernando Mangareth Hernández, and several of the uniformed men
linked to this process as witnesses.

violada por soldados

El testimonio de la niña embera de 12
años, fue leído ante la Procuraduría por el médico que la valoró.
Campo Elías Ochoa, comenzó su
intervención diciendo que al momento de valorar a la menor de edad, ella se
encontraba con signos de alerta normales y que además no presentaba cambios en
su estado de ánimo ni en su memoria.
La niña aseguró que en horas de la
mañana había ido a recoger
guayabas hasta la escuela La Granja, del corregimiento Santa Cecilia, en Pueblo
Rico (Risaralda). “Yo iba
para la casa pero más abajito un soldado me llamó, él se llamaba Juan, yo
fui para donde él estaba y empezó a tocarme, yo le dije que no quería y se puso
a hacerme cosas”.
“Al ratico, continuó la menor, llegaron
los otros soldados, eran nueve personas, todos tenían uniforme de soldado, yo
solo pude verle la cara a tres de ellos, como era oscuro, no veía muy bien.
Cuando acababa uno, seguía el otro. Todos los nueve lo hicieron.”
El médico también puntualizó en que el
primer uniformado la soltó cuando ella le hizo saber que le dolían las piernas,
pero que los demás soldados continuaron.
“Cuando acabaron, me dijeron que no me fuera
para la casa y ellos me hicieron un cambuche para que yo me acostara a dormir”, dijo la menor que posteriormente
contó que sobre las 5 de la mañana del lunes despertó y que un soldado la
acompañó hasta la casa.
“Yo no entré porque me daba miedo que mi
mamá me regañara. Luego me vio mi hermana y mi sobrina y me preguntaron qué
estaba haciendo, y yo les conté todo, luego a mi mamá”
Como es conocido, la decisión de la
familia fue llevar a la niña a donde se encontraban los uniformados, allí, la
menor afirmó que solo pudo “identificar
a tres de ellos porque a los otros no les había visto la cara“.
El relato del médico
fue el último que escuchó el organismo de control en medio del juicio
disciplinario que se les adelanta a los soldados Juan
Camilo Morales Poveda, Yair Stiven González, Luis
Pérez Holguín, Juan David Guaidia Ruiz, Óscar
Eduardo Alzate, Deyson Andrés Isaza Zapata y Luis
Fernando Mangareth Hernández, y varios de los uniformados vinculados a este proceso como
testigos.
